Collaboration with the Institute of Marine Science (IMS)

The Institute of Marine Science (IMS) at the University of Zanzibar is taking a strong interest in our activities and active collaboration has begun. Among the goals for collaboration is the development of know-how for the identification of local sponge species at IMS. Local researchers and students will henceforth follow marinecultures.org projects.
